My scores aren't syncing

Make sure you're signed in to iCloud on your device (iOS Settings → your name → iCloud) and connected to the internet. Then open Brickbound → Settings → iCloud Sync → "Sync Now".

The leaderboard or map is empty

Both rely on iCloud. Confirm you're signed in to iCloud. The territory map also needs you to opt in to location so we can place your marker in an approximate area.

How do I change my display name?

Open Settings → Profile and edit your display name. It updates on the leaderboard and map the next time your scores sync.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings → Privacy → "Delete My Data". This permanently removes your scores, display name, and approximate map location from your device and iCloud. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is my exact location stored?

No. Location is optional, and if you opt in we immediately round it to a coarse area and discard the precise coordinate. The game works fully without location access.
